“I truly believe everyone deserves to love their home. Loving and functioning in your own personal space can have a ripple effect on other areas of your life.”   ~ Claudia Jacobs

The history of all of this: Claudia went back to school to study Interior Design at Berkeley College on a part-time basis. She read an article in the New York Times on Real Estate Staging. In 2004, she took the Staged Homes course with Christine Rae in New York City. She then studied Interior Redesign at the School of Interior Redesign with Ann Anderson in Connecticut.

She started her own business, Claudia Jacobs Designs LLC, offering staging and redesign, 2 unique and practical design services. Being the first professional stager in the Hudson Valley region of NY, she had a lot of convincing to do. It is Claudia’s mission to educate the concept, benefits, affordability and the return on investment of staging a house for sale.

2018 Top Individual Stager award from IAHSP, International Association of Home Staging Professionals. Nominated by the NJ Chapter of RESA, The Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) voted her 2011 Professional Stager of the Year in the Northeast.
