Model home: redesigned by rearranging existing furniture and bringing in decorative accessories.

Vacant Staging: Layout was confusing to potential buyers. Kitchen was staged to showcase as large dining room with fireplace instead of forcing a small table with a seating area by fireplace, which would look awkward. Separate formal dining area would instead be part of the living room area.

The staging for this estate evolved over a few years. From initial staging consultation, color selection for a few nooks to fill in & stage to shopping for soft goods.
