The Process & Timeline:

  1. Initial Staging Consultation: Walk through home with sellers. Decide what furniture stays in house for staging & what gets removed.
  2. Seller hires professional organizer to help purge before staging & moving. This process takes 4 weeks.
  3. Return to stage property with remaining furniture, accessories & incorporating my inventory to help stage the home.
  4. Take listing photos.
  5. After staging & photo shoot, all items go on moving truck.
  6. Seller replaces rug throughout the home.
  7. House goes on market with listing photos of staged home.
  8. House is shown vacant.
  9. Accepted offer in 4 days after going on the market.
