Staging Implementation
The following photos are before & after shots of a STAGING implemented by seller after Staging Consultation. Less is more! Besides major editing, lighter furniture replaced heavier pieces to showcase the space not the stuff.

Historical Slate Hill Home
Client contacted me before he started working on fixing up his home. He starting working on this labor of love after our initial consultation. Years later I was contacted, after the work was complete, to help stage the home.

Model Home
Model home: redesigned by rearranging existing furniture and bringing in decorative accessories.
Barn Table Staging
Vacant Staging: Layout was confusing to potential buyers. Kitchen was staged to showcase as large dining room with fireplace instead of forcing a small table with a seating area by fireplace, which would look awkward. Separate formal dining area would instead be part of the living room area.

Historic Campbell Hall
The staging for this estate evolved over a few years. From initial staging consultation, color selection for a few nooks to fill in & stage to shopping for soft goods.
